Problem
The Manager at The Gourmet Exotic Spice Club informed our team that 500+ people subscribed to the club’s newsletter in the last six months, but they hardly opened any emails.
The manager was anxious to inform the subscribers about the club membership benefits and was confident that none of his competitors offered equivalent benefits to their members.
Solution
We asked the manager if the club could afford a gift for these prospects. Fortunately, he agreed to offer free spice taster packs for subscribers in the hope of attracting new customers.
Therefore, we created this email with a benefit-led subject to increase the open rate. The email is brief, so the reader is not bombarded with too much information to get offended.
